Carl Iglthaler
Carl R. Iglthaler, 78 yrs, a lifelong Peekskill/Cortlandt resident, passed away on August 23, 2017. He was a PHS graduate and worked for Laborers Union Local 235 in Elmsford for 47 years. He was a life member of the Peekskill Fire Patrol. Carl is survived by his wife, Patricia, daughters; Deborah (John) Ogden and Dawn (Donald) Conahan, brother, George, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. His son, Carl Eric, predeceased him. The family will receive friends from 2 –6 PM on Sunday, August 27th at the E.O. CURRY FUNERAL HOME, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, Aug, 28th followed by interment at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Putnam Valley. Life Story for Carl Iglthaler

Carl R. Iglthaler, 78 yrs, a lifelong Peekskill/Cortlandt resident, passed away on August 23, 2017. Carl was born in Peekskill on May 29, 1939, the son of Carl F. and Ruth E. nee Shaw Iglthaler. He graduated from Peekskill High School. On November 5th, 1961 he married Patricia Ramsay in Peekskill. He worked for Laborers Union Local 235 in Elmsford for 47 years. Carl was a life member of the Peekskill Fire Patrol, and was the governor of the Moose Lodge. He loved gardening, and loved spending time with his family. Carl is survived by his wife, Patricia, daughters; Deborah (John) Ogden and Dawn (Donald) Conahan, and daughter-in-law, Mary Ellen Iglthalor, , 5 grandchildren: Derek (Jennifer) Ogden, Sean and Cody Iglthaler, Nicholas and Daniel Bates and 1 great grandson, Miles Ogden, niece, Jennifer Iglthaler, nephew, Jake Iglthaler, and brother, George (Sue) Iglthaler. His parents and son, Carl Eric, predeceased him. The family will receive friends from 2 –6 PM on Sunday, August 27th at the E.O.
